Who We Are

Founded in 1990, the Pacific Rim Institute for Development and Education (P.R.I.D.E.) is a non-profit registered under U.S.

IRC 501(c)(3) in California. In 1999 it was granted Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) — an important international recognition of a non-governmental organization. P.R.I.D.E. promotes cultural and economic exchange between the United States and the nations of the Pacific, advancing trade, technology transfer, economic cooperation and international cultural dialogue.
